8. After the LED light bar is soldered to the lamp bead, it is also required to be placed in the aging zone for 168 hours of continuous operation to ensure the stable quality.
9. After the door panel detection sensitivity is adjusted, the LED light bar and the frame are assembled, waiting for packaging.
10. After the main control box is aged, it is assembled into the top main chassis and ready for packaging. The standard package features a multi-layer cardboard box with a cushioned HDPE board (high density polyethylene board) .
11. Long-distance transportation, the outer packaging adds a plywood frame, and the peripheral corners are fixed by the screws and the connecting buckle to prevent the violent transportation from causing the protection frame to fall off.
